1. Acceptance
By creating a Yasnify account or running a property report, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy.
2. What Yasnify provides
Yasnify aggregates publicly-available data from the City of Edmonton, Edmonton Police Service, and other public sources into property intelligence reports. Reports are research aids, not appraisals or legal advice. See our disclaimer.
3. Acceptable use
No automated scraping, no reverse engineering, no reselling raw report data without a Team plan and written authorization, and no use that violates Canadian or Alberta law.
4. Accounts & billing
You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Paid plans renew until cancelled. Cancel anytime from your account settings or the Stripe billing portal. We do not offer refunds on partial-month usage.
5. Limitation of liability
Yasnify is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect.
