We respond to all emails within 5 business days (Monday–Friday). Highly complex technical or data inquiries may take a little longer for a complete answer.

Time zone

We operate on Mountain Standard Time (MST / UTC−7). Emails sent after 5pm MST or on weekends will be answered the next business day.
