Programmatic access to Edmonton property data — crime, permits, 311, flood overlays, and Yasnify Scores — is in active development. We're not accepting public sign-ups yet.

What's planned

• /reports/{address} — full property report payload as JSON
• /scores/{address} — Yasnify Score + headline metrics
• /incidents — EPS crime incidents within a bounding box
• /permits — building permits filtered by date, status, value

Endpoints, authentication, rate limits, and pricing will be finalized before public release.
